By enrolling in the Berkshire Hawthorne Agents Membership, an individual becomes a "Member" and agrees that he/she has read, accepts and agrees to the terms and conditions of each of the paragraphs below:
1. The Member acknowledges that he/she (1) is 18 years of age or older and is qualified and competent to enter into this Membership Agreement, (2) is using a valid US Bank Account and/or Credit Card and (3) is authorized to use the bank account and/or credit card as stated in the Application.
2. The Member agrees to the following:
a) Membership Enrollment Fee - $500: Due at the time of submitting the completed Membership Application and signed Membership Agreement. The Membership Enrollment Fee is non-refundable.
b) Monthly Membership Fee: Please call for a quote. Due on same day of each month for as long as the Member is enrolled.
3. The Member agrees to make payments to Rent Equity Financial Services, LLC by one of the following methods:
a) Credit Card: Credit card payments may be made online at CycleBillions.com and will show as Rent Equity on billing statements.
b) AutoPAY: Members wishing to enroll in the AutoPAY program may do so online. AutoPAY may be cancelled at anytime and will remain in effect until further notification is given to Rent Equity Financial Services.
Membership in this program is on a month to month basis. There are no long-term contracts. Members may cancel their membership at any time by giving a 72-hour notice. Notice maybe given by phone, email, fax or mail. However, membership cancellation will not be considered final until Member completes and returns the REFS Membership Cancellation Form. Forms may be completed online, downloaded from website or requested by phone or email. Initial fees are non-refundable. The Member’s failure to pay all amounts owed to REFS will result in automatic cancellation of benefits. In the event Member would like to continue service, a re-enrollment fee of $150.00 will be due.
I understand that my membership benefits will go into effect after six months of consecutive payments. In order for my application to be processed, a non-refundable enrollment fee of $150.00 is required. I agree to mail or email my current lease to my Tenant Representative within seven days of signing this agreement. Rent Equity Financial Services, LLC reserves the right to cancel this agreement at anytime if member fails to complete the application in full, provide the lease within seven business days or adhere to the terms in this agreement.
I understand that my signature acknowledges that I have read and agree to the terms set out in this agreement. I also acknowledge that the information provided in the application is accurate and true.
