It is convenient for shopping, restaurants, activities, movies and major highways and attractions, making it the perfect home away from home for anyone who's traveling for business and leisure. This space provides all the amenities curbside. No need for a vehicle, since we can provide a golf cart, bike, car rental and private black car services. We can also schedule Uber and rideshare for your convenience.This unit is currently $250 a night. If you are a member of Cycle Billions you will save 20% and receive a travel reward card for shopping and a prepaid visa you can build up points towards all amenities and your stay. Other things to note

Per the agreement with our complex, we have to follow the following guidelines and rules to ensure the safety of the residents and guests in the building:

  1. Guests must be at least 21 years or older to book any of our spaces. 
  2. We verify all guests ahead of their stay. As part of the verification process, you will be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, etc.
  3. The apartment includes a noise and smoke detector. - The noise detector allows us to respond to noise nuisances. It is 100% privacy compliant and only measures noise levels and does not record any conversations. The smoke detector detects smoke as well as marijuana and cigarette smoke. Tampering with either device is strictly prohibited and will result in a $1000 fine on the Initial violation, and up to $2,000 on the 2nd and guests will be subject to vacate the premises immediately and forfeiting any refunds or deposits.
  4. Guests will also be asked to sign a short term lodging agreement, agreeing to our rules and policies.Leasing office is not for guests to visit. All emergencies and requests will be communicating with a team member from Berkshire staff. You will have a personal point of contact to assure adequate services during, before and after.
